Maui Kosher Quick And Kosher Recipes

Danit Schusterman has been preparing sumptuous dishes for her family, friends and guests ever since she arrived on Maui in 2004. Since then, she has served thousands of Friday night (Shabbat), holiday, and everyday meals at her Upcountry Maui home using recipes that can be made quickly and easily to serve a full table. Here is her collection of over 135 delicious recipes prepared with kosher ingredients, fresh produce and, of course, lots of love.

Jessica Pearl lives in Hawaii where she has her self-titled photography business. She has been published nationally in USA Today and The Associated Press. She has also contributed to Yahoo, AOL and American Baby magazine. She works with several Jewish organizations including the Maui Mitzvah Center, and has photographed iconic Jewish symbols on the islands. She graduated with a B.A. in Photography from Drexel University in 2001 and continues to be inspired by Judaism in both her art and commercial work.
