For your convenience, returns can be made either via mail or at our store. Gift purchases can be returned for store credit only. Store credits are issued at in-store selling price at time of return, and can be used in-store only.
Credits are issued in form of a Hamafitz Judaica gift card mailed to the shipping address you provide us with.
Purchases of personalized, special-order and sale items are final. Due to health and hygiene concerns, purchases of Shofars and Garments, including Tzitzis and Yarmulkas are final as well. No refunds or store credits will be issued for any such purchases.
